We don't sell your contact information to any third parties and won't give out your email address.  We may use your contact information to contact you regarding your order or for future sales & promotions.  However, you will always have the option to opt-out of receiving this communication.

Ordering

If you aren't comfortable ordering online, you may also place your order over the phone by calling 877-766-9277.  If you do not have a credit card or prefer to enter your credit card information online, you may send a check or money order to pay for your order.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We strive our best to have the best prices available on our products. If you find a lower price available online for the exact same product, please contact us and give us a chance to beat the other advertised price as well as beat the competition with our amazing customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed by 2 pm MT generally ship the same day or within 24hrs. We stock most items listed on our website, but occasionally an item will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. If you select free shipping (US Orders), or standard shipping (International orders), we will ship via economy shipping. That may include United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you require a specific shipping method, you must select that during checkout. If you have an item that shows as having been delivered but was not delivered, you must first contact either UPS or the Postal Service to report a missing package prior to contacting us. Once you have contacted the delivery carrier and the item still has not been delivered, we can open a case and make sure you receive your item.

Returns

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the "Easy Returns" portion of the packing slip that was included with your shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to us. If you have selected an exchange, you will not be billed for the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Please be sure to include your name and/order number inside the box. If we don't know who the return came from, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund.

View Your Orders

You can login to your account by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page. Here you can view your recent orders as well as status and tracking information. You are also welcome to call us to check your order status. You will receive an email from us any time there has been a status change on your order.
