PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept Money Orders. Sorry, but we do not accept checks and COD is not available.

Credit & Debit Card Payments:
Funds are authorized and captured at the time the order is placed.  Any necessary adjustments will be posted to the same card used to place the order.

 PayPal Users:
Funds are directly captured from your PayPal account at the time the order is placed online. Any credit adjustments necessary during the order processing will be applied to your PayPal account.

Cancelling an Existing Order

To cancel your order, please call us at 435.462.7669 or email us at sales@snowbigdeal.com and include your name and order number. Please note, if you wish to cancel only a portion of your order, please be specific as to which item number you wish to cancel so the entire order is not cancelled.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping on U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders are eligible for free shipping (some exclusions apply).  We will ship your order via the most appopriate method for your order.  We typically ship via UPS or USPS.  

• Excluded Items from Free Shipping:  Hazardous Materials and oversized items may be excluded from Free Shipping.  Examples of items excluded are Avalanche Airbag Canisters and Boss Seats to certain locations. We will do our best to keep shipping costs down.

Free Shipping is not available outside of the U.S.

• We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping to Canada, which typically ships via USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to upgrade to a different shipping option, you are welcome to do so, but you are responsible for paying the shipping charges. 

• We charge a flat rate of $40 for shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada.  We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.  If you wish to upgrade to a different shipping option, you are welcome to do so, but you are responsible for paying the shipping charges.

Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed prior to 11:00am (Mountain Time) typically ship the same day.  Should there be a shipping delay of more than 3 business days, we will contact you via email or phone to update you on the shipping status.

Shipment Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.  If you have questions about your order status or did not receive a tracking number, please email us at customerservice@snowbigdeal.com

Duties / Taxes / Import Fees for international shipments

The buyer is responsible for paying any and all Duties, Taxes, and Import fees.  We cannot and will not declare orders for a value less than the invoice price and we cannot declare the item as a gift.  Because the amount of duties/taxes/import fees varies by country, we cannot estimate the cost that will be charged by your country.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Therefore if you wish to exchange your order for a different size or a different product, we do not charge any restocking fess or or reship fees.  Simply return the product to us within 30 days of the original order and indicate the item/size you wish to exchange for.  Follow the simple steps below.  If there is a difference in price between the items being exchanged, you will be responsibile for paying the difference.

RETURNS

We are sorry that you are not happy with the product you purchased.  However, we understand that circumstances arise when things don't work out the way they were intended.  Simply return the product to us and we will issue you a full refund, minus any shipping charges that were incurred to ship the product to you. (Minimum shipping charges withheld will be $9.99)

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS

4 Easy Steps to Returning/Exchanging Products:

1. Include a copy of your Packing Slip or Invoice and clearly indicate which items are in your package.
   
   
2. Clearly indicate on your invoice if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for.
   
   
3. When shipping, do not use the manufacturer's packaging for a shipping box. This will damage the manufacturer's product labeling & could void your return.
   
   
4. Send Exchanges/Returns with your invoice copy to:

   Note: We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Conditions of all Returns/Exchanges.

• Products must be complete with all original packaging and in new condition.
• FREE items received with the original order are to be included with your return. If you choose to keep the free item your refund will be reduced by the unreturned item's retail price.
• Packages postmarked past the 30 day exchange/return date will be issued an in store credit only.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Merchandise not meeting the above requirements will be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.

• Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an avalanche airbag as they may not be returnable.  ABS Canisters and other canisters are considered a Hazardous Material and therefore are not returnable. 
• Items designated as "Special Order", are non-refundable.
• Discontinued Merchandise (a.k.a. Closeout, Clearance, and Non-Current) may be exchanged or given a 'store credit' only as these items are non-refundable.
