Easy to use? Yeah you can say that, and with a little practice the advanced features in this beacon make problems much easier. A smaller package than my old trackers makes it fit really nice in the vest pouch. The speed and accuracy in the new tracker is nice and after a couple seasons with it I am happy with the little extra things, like the alarm that goes off if your forget to shut it off, battery life is great too.
Very easy to use and accurate, which are both very important when using this device to save a life!
This beacon works well. It is siplme enough to not be overwhelming in a crisis situation. Batteries last a long time in it. The harness is decent to wear all day snowmobiling, and will fit just about anyone. Not expensive when you compare the possibility of it saving your or your friend's life.
BCA tracker 3 is 2nd to none, the tracker 3 is small enough you cant even tell its there, and very easy to operate. My last beacon had so many buttons that a multiple burial would be very confusing under pressure. GREAT BEACON!
the tracker 3 is by far the easiest beacon I have used yet. I instruct snowmobile specific avalanche classes, so I do lots of practice burials, and have found that this beacon cuts my search time down, and goes right to the signal. No guessing with this beacon, its my go to.
My T3 just arrived and it's pretty impressive. It's easy to use and very intuitive, plus it has a couple new multiple burial features that I'm excited to practice with. But what I''m really stoked about is the size and weight. This thing is just a bit larger than my iphone and is hard to notice when I'm wearing it. Can't wait for the snow to fly.
The tracker 3 is by far the best beacon I have used yet. I instruct snowmobile specific avalanche awareness classes and really like how the tracker 3 preforms. its easy to use, and gets the job done fast. why spend the $ on a tracker 3? because the technology is top notch, its proven, and it works.
