ORDERING:

If ordering online isn't your thing, you may place your order over the phone by calling +1(877)766-9277. If you do not have a credit card or prefer to enter your card information online, you may send a check or money order to pay for your order.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS:

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We strive to have the best prices available. If you find a lower price available online, please contact us and give us the chance to outsled the competition with competitive pricing and customer service.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed by 2pm (MT) generally ship same day or within 24hrs. We stock most items listed on the website, but on occasion an item will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.


If you select our "Free Shipping" option (U.S. Orders Only), or our "Standard Shipping" option we will ship via economy shipping. That may include United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground. 


*If you require a specific shipping method, you must select that during checkout. 


If you have an item that shows as having been delivered but is missing, you must first contact either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service to report a missing package. Once you have contacted the delivery carrier and the item has still not been delivered, we can open a case and ensure you receive your item.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the "Easy Returns" portion of the packing slip that was included with your shipment.


*You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to us.


If you have selected an exchange, you will not be billed for the cost of shipping the replacement to you.


Please be sure to include your name and order number inside the box. If we do not know where the return came from, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
