For orders placed from our website, we accept returns within 45 days for products in brand new conditions. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs to return the product to SnowBigDeal unless the wrong product was shipped to you or if the product arrived damaged.

If you have selected an exchange, you will be contacted once we receive your return to confirm we are shipping the correct replacement to you.  You will NOT be charged shipping for us to send a replacement back to you.

Please be sure to include the return authorization in the package with your return.  If we do not know where the return came from, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
